TREPEDIA offers different step types for every application: from classic wooden and stone steps to modern grating and sheet metal steps.
See how fast it worksSteps can be classic wooden or stone steps, or alternatively grating steps with fixed dimensions. Steps can also be bent from sheet metal.
Sheet metal steps can be bent at the front and back up to twice in both directions, and once on each side.
This allows Z-shaped steps or tray-like steps to be defined. The first bend at the front and back can also be angled, as is often seen in spiral staircases.
For all bent steps, a flat pattern is generated that takes bending deduction into account, with optional relief holes.
To prevent steps from falling down, TREPEDIA provides step supports. A flat steel can be chosen and configured with regard to drilling, position, cut angle, etc. The position of the step support is shown in the stringer drawings and can, for example, be engraved during laser cutting.
